JJ Jen Judd is a passionate advocate for plant-based living and a certified plant-based ambassador whose journey began in 2019 after watching the documentary “Raw” at the age of 42. 

Inspired by the documentary, JJ adopted a raw vegan diet, leading to impressive results: she lost 50 pounds, reversed her seasonal allergies, and eliminated her chronic back pain.
